Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties for Facility Management Department;
• Handle documents checking, data entries, purchase order, filing in daily operations;
• Handle general enquiries
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirement

• 2 year related experience and fresh graduate will be considered;
• Polite, responsible, and well-organized;
• Proficiency in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing;
• Good customer service skills
