Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support to HR team in handling and coordinating routine HR functions and ad hoc projects
  • Perform day-to-day administrative support, such as telephone enquiries, reception of job applicants, maintaining personnel files and processing paperwork, executing staff functions and recreational activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or Business related discipline
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Less experience or fresh graduate with good academic results will also be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
