Our client is a well-established company in the Hong Kong construction market, working as a leading sub-contractor for major complex projects in infrastructure and build.
 
This is a 5-day working week role plus competitive allowances.

• Responsible for all HR services
• Designing and implementing HR plans
• HR brand implementation 
  This person would be responsible for providing HR and recruitment services across the company which covers a broad range of human resources activities including implementation of HR policies, compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, engineer development, performance management, staff welfare etc.

KEY DUTIES

• Perform full spectrum of HR and recruitment functions and activities including manpower planning, payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
• Design and implement strategic HR plans and programs to support the achievement of business objectives and organization growth
• Prepare HR reports with statistical analysis on regular basis
• Assist and work with business managers on staff development, retention strategy and reward program
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required
• Helping onboard new starters and helping with training

 
REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree Holder in HR or related disciplines
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in HR and recruitment
• Conversant with Employment Ordinance and other relevant law and regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese is preferable
• Experience working in the construction industry is preferable
• Solid interview skills
