Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources, the incumbent will take the lead to manage the general administration of our office premise and retail shops covering Hong Kong and Macau, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation by supervising the Administration Team and working with stakeholders from different levels

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full spectrum of office and shop administration functions and coordinate with various stakeholders from different levels including Senior Management, Business & Function Heads to ensure smooth business and operations
  • Supervise and motivate Administration Team members consist of Administrators, Receptionist, Office Assistants and Drivers to maintain the daily operation including but not limited to reception and courier service, company car and fixed asset management, office facilities management, repair and maintenance, procurement, etc.
  • Formulate and review administration policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Monitor admin expenses, petty cash, and prepare annual budget
  • Act as the administrator of workplace (both office and shops) facilities and service vendor/suppliers contracts, licence renewal and Macau Imported Labour Staff Quarter Lease
  • Lead renovation project and office fitting-out (if necessary)
  • Act as a working committee member to support company events e.g. Annual Dinner, festive events, department outing, staff activities, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated with 5 years’ solid experience in general office administration preferably gained from retail industry
  • Renovation project exposure is an advantage
  • Hands-on, customer-centric, meticulous, with good people and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Administrative Officer
