We are looking for a high caliber candidate to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject-matter-expert in SAP SuccessFactors Implementation projects focusing on modules, including but not limited to, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Time-Off, Succession & Career Development Plan, Performance, Compensation, Reporting and Integration
  • Take lead in implementation as well as provide advice to handle configuration issues, and support clients with system implementation
  • Assisting clients to plan for, prepare and cleanse data prior to migration between systems
  • Keep up to date with new functionality and upgrades to ensure our clients are receiving the best advice
  • Perform complete data transformation prior to migration into the new solution
  • Research and resolve client/system issues by offering sound solutions and document special requests in company database for tracking purposes
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to consistently review processes to ensure seamless implementation and client experience
  • Support on system enhancements with analyzing client requirements, researching, designing, and presenting solution options, and configuring functional / technical solutions
  • Take part in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • University degree or above in Business or related discipline
  • 3+ years of related experience in solution delivery, processing or implementation experience, candidates with more experienced will be considered with senior title and package.
  • Experience of HR function in either a consulting or in-house capacity.
  • Knowledge in using various HRIS/HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred)
  • Exposure to cloud-based technology implementations
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly
  • Knowledge, understanding and relevant practical experience of the payroll lifecycle would be a plus
  • Strong communication, customer-centric mindset with the ability to work both independently and as a team-player with various level of stakeholders
  • Tackle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment continuous improvement mindset in relation to improving the service.
  • Analytical, can-do proactive attitude, and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and system skills
