• Assist in handling and follow up customers' requests and enquiries
• Assist in billing process and update gas account
• Responsible for preparation, analysis and follow-up for improvement projects
• Provide support to other operation tasks
• Handle ad-hoc tasks upon request

• Secondary education or above in any discipline
• 1-2 years’ experiences in customer services, with basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage
• Proficiency in PC applications especially in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and attentive to details
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
