Job Description:

• Provide office administrative support to the division.
• Assist in different areas of support service including facilities booking, school uniforms, school resources management, helpdesk, etc.
• Assist the Assistant Support Service Manager in preparing minutes and reports, keeping clear document records, handling claim forms, etc.
• Support ad hoc duties as assigned.

•  Education Level: Degree or above.
• Working Experience:  At least 3 years of administration experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Proficiency in computing applications, including Chinese word processing, MS Teams and Acrobat.
• Handle multi-tasks with a tight deadline.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Support Services Assistant.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
