Responsibilities

• Support HR Department on the HRIS transformation and system daily operations including but not limited to collect user requirement, handle data migration and assist in user training
• Performing system testing on HR new system roll-out and new functionality roll-out for HRIS including regular system upgrade testing
• Understand the business requirements and communicate with IT team to find out the solutions in order to align with HR practice
• Lead data integration and mapping process, ensure security, end-user access and data integrity across all HR platforms
• Provide and manage regular and ad-hoc reporting from HRIS

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in HRIS operations, system transformation and implementation
• Knowledge in Flexsystem, website/system management would be an advantage
• Excellent programming skill and strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Well-organized, self-motivated, good communication skill and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
