Job Responsibilities :

• Support to Recruitment Team
• Creating job postings and be able to format the job description to post on internal and external job board
• Coordinating hiring activities including trainees and permanent positions
• Communicating with candidates by email
• Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills
• Able to maintain candidate database
• Co-ordinating with University company visits and Company branding activities
• Assist in ad hoc projects/assignment if needed

Job Requirements :

• University graduate 
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in bank/Multinational Companies
• Able to work under pressure and can meet tight deadlines
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal skills and team player
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
