Job Description
An international law firm is looking to recruit a high caliber legal secretary to join Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent standard of secretarial support to fee earners.
Litigation Legal Secretary (New Headcount)
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- performing day-to-day general administrative tasks
- formatting and editing legal documents
- handling the team's expenses
- managing travel and meeting arrangements
- performing ad hoc secretarial support
Key Skills
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of secretarial experience with international law firms. Only candidates with law firm experience will be considered. A Diploma or equivalent would be an added advantage. The candidate should have good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft packages. client is also looking for someone who is able to work in a team as well as independently. Great communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
