Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an inventory of Master Air Waybill (MAWB) including request MAWB from Region Air, printing, numbering and validating against Terminal Website and IDIS.
  • Compose Flight Outbound List including assign MAWBs for Browntails, space booking with commercial carriers, verifying booking details, communicate with other Gateways on flight outbound list updates.  Adjust bookings as required according to Holiday Plans.
  • Prepare AWBs for Browntails and Commercial Carriers (CC), and do the crosscheck to ensure accuracy of information keyed in.
  • Handle Direct Commercial Carrier Booking by evaluating the backlog and same day pick-up volume, then adjust CC bookings accordingly. 
  • Prepare daily allotment sheet, monitor carrier Unit Load Device (ULD) status, uplift status and follow-up accordingly.
  • Handling CC Diversions according to Diversion Plan as advised by TPE CMC.  Place bookings with commercial carriers.  Keep track on BSA fulfillment, check for extra capacity and cost saving opportunities.  Prepare pre-alerts, MAWBs and other related documents.  Coordinate for ULD release.
  • Payment Settlement Administration which includes CC rates updates in MESCO, IAF Reports updates, checking Interline / Commercial Carrier invoices, maintain invoice settlement status to ensure no overdue.
  • Prepare MAWB either manually or via electronic platform, review the product descriptions to identify suspicious items, cross-check every detail prior sending to other parties.

      Basic Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year clerical and relevant working experience is preferred
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Hands-on experience in PC skills, Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Willing to learn and passion in logistics industry
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed

Working Location: Chek Lap Kok

Working Hours: 8:30 - 18:30, 45 working hours, 5 day work within Monday to Saturday
