Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure receptionist area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Greet all incoming guests, provide professional customer service and inform the appropriate staff of their arrival
- Monitor room booking arrangements.
- Handle all incoming mails and courier
- Work with teammates to ensure smooth office operations, providing ad hoc office administrative support
- Procurement of stationery and office consumables
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience preferred
- Good command in written and fluent in spoken English
- Patient, responsible, independent, efficient, polite, and friendly
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Immediately available is highly preferred
