Job Description

1. Support and assist to sales team;
2. Prepare commercial documents for sales, including preparing quotations, PO, DN;
3. Project administration and implementation monitoring;
4. Support customer inquiries on commercial matters;
5. Support on monitoring of the commercial business;
6. Support on preparation of customer/user related documents;
7. Liaise with vendors and partners;
8. Maintain good relationship with existing customers;
9. Collaboration with Account team;
10. Manage company social media page (e.g. Linkedin) and customer database;
11. Assist in marketing activities and exhibition;
12. Join sales call, participate in customer visit and meeting with customers/potential customers;
13. Provide assistance to Head of sales and marketing;
14. Maintain positive relations and interface with existing customers/potential customers;
15. Make outbound call and assist in developing new customer network;
16. Liaise and manage customer expectation when disruptions occurs.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of working experience is required;
2. Detail-minded, self-motivated, work proactively;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized;
4. Ability of multi-tasking;
5. University degree is preferred.
6. Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in English, Putonghua is preferred;
7. Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing;
8. Immediate available is highly preferred.
