Job Description

You will:
  • Plan and drive online and offline marketing strategies and prepare marketing collaterals for training programmes
  • Perform daily operation support to training programmes including enrollment, payment, sign-in/out and post-course evaluation, etc.
  • Support communication channels such as website and e-enrolment platforms of training programmes
  • Perform accounting operation and prepare statistic reports for training programmes
  • Handle enquiries and provide support to trainers, lecturers, and participants
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for internal and external meetings
  • Undertake administrative duties and ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
You should have:
  • A Degree holder
  • Relevant work experience in training, marketing or event management is an advantage
  • Independent, detail-minded with good organizational, multitasking, time and project management skills
  • Responsible and self-motivated team player
  • Good in both English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Candidates who wish to work part time with flexible hours are also welcomed.

Work location: Ngau Tau Kok (3-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR station, exit A)
