IMS is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to welcome children and parents into the school.

Our Receptionist /Administrative Assistant must have the following skills/qualifications:

• Warm personality, with love for children
• Strong language skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Good computer skills.  Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel will be an advantage
• Customer service experience required
• Experience working in schools preferred
• Superior inter-personal and communication skills
• Good team player and organized
