Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties, and provide administrative support to the Department
• Assist in Daily operations such as data entry, filing, copy and scanning, etc.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with min 1 year of Clerical working experience
• At least 5 subjects pass including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) & Mathematics in HKCEE or equivalent score in HKDSE
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Typing
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking, willing to learn & self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available is preferred
