Job Description
We are a member of Skymission Group Holdings Limited (stock code : 1429), a rapidly growing contractor over 20 years experience specializing in structural works. We are now looking for high caliber team members to join our expanding business :
Responsibilities:
- Cheque issuing
- Document scaning
- Administration
- Cheque collecting & bank-in
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by senior management
- Follow upcoming receivable payment from client
- Adhoc task arrange by senior management
Requirements:
- F.5 or 3 years above experience
- Relevant working experience is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word operations (vlookup, pivot tables and other common formulas / function etc) is highly desirable
- Enthusiastic to learn engineering knowledge
- Independent, hardworking, logical and detail-minded
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
