Responsibilities:

• Assist to supervise the construction works
• Monitor the standard of workmanship and confirming to Specification, relevant BS and Code of Practice
• Carry out an inspection of defects and outstanding Builder's work at the Completion of the Work

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certifcate in Building or Building Studies or equivalent
• Has passed the Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE or 'Level 2' or above in HKDSE
• 3 years' relevant experience, including 1 year experience as Assistant Clerk of Works
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Clerk of Works
• Attained Occupation Safety and Health Management Course
• Basic Accident Prevention Course
• Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and
• Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces
