• Assist in procurement management process covering IT hardware, software, and service
• Responsible for procurement activities including handling purchase orders, invoices, import/ export licenses, custom declaration, and procurement reports
  
• Handle accounts receivable invoices and account payable invoices
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily office administration
• Handle clerical work
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 1-2 years clerical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking, detail-minded, self-motivated, and well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to multitasking and move swiftly on projects when needed and work under pressure
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage
