Responsibilities:

• Assist project management on New Product Development (NPD) launch programs across different related departments;
• Well communicate with various parties to facilitate smooth new product launch;
• Strictly stick to the NPD timeline and report on critical issues if necessary;
• Assist to evaluate mass production feasibility of potential new products in every NPD stage and suggest ways to tackle or improve in terms of product stability, skill-set, tools and machineries, production capability and manpower optimization;
• Keep track on project progress and closely update to direct supervisors;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Hi-Diploma or above in Food Science, Quality, Engineering or related disciplines;
• A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to thrive the New Product Launch successfully;
• Self-motivated, work independently;
• Well-organized with good analytical skill;
• Knowledge with ISO22000/HACCP and project management will be an advantage;
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese;
• 5-day work week;
• Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate (with shuttle bus);
