Job Description
The Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated clerical assistant to join our growing company, with the major role of managing the daily administrative work of the office and supporting the management in daily operations
Responsibilities
* To handle day-to-day administrative work of the office
* To conduct desktop researches, compile data and information and to prepare summaries to support management decision making
* To support supervisor on preparing presentation slides
* To coordinate with management and third parties for work schedule planning
* To support the management in other ad-hoc tasks
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications that are expected of the clerical staff:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Cantonese and English) and team player
* Attention to details with good time management and organizational skills
* Responsible and eager to learn
* Hours:Mon- Fri 2-6pm
* Office Location: Mongkok
* $6,000-$8,000/month (negotiable) depending on experience
* Potential change to a full time clerical role
