Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with different forwarders & in-house transportations arrangement
• Monitor shipment schedule closely
• Follow up with various suppliers on shipments status & related shipping documents
• Update stock records (goods receipt, stock transfer… etc)
• Assist in sales support activities, including quotation, proposal preparation and forecast
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with 2-3 years’ relevant experience in food service
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Good knowledge of MS office application and SAP
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
