Job Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the team such as time off/leave application, petty cash claims, company car booking etc;
• Handle incoming telephone calls, letters and faxes;
• Provide general clerical duties and handle ad-hoc assignments as required;
• Assist sales team in handling routing documentation and sales launch;
• Liaise with other departments or contractors to support the department's operation.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Administrative or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in administrative or secretarial work OR 2 years' relevant experience in real estate industry;
• Good organization skill and detail-minded;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Positive working attitude, selfmotivated, independent;
• Able to work under pressure, customer oriented and problem-solving mindset;
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
