To support our hyper growth in the healthcare space, we are recruiting a capable and independent individual to join our Talent & Culture team at our Hong Kong headquarters. Working directly with the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team, you will be responsible for the Group’s talent acquisition and employer branding execution.

Key Focuses and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Prepare job advertisement and interview questions as required for vacancies
• Source potential candidates proactively through various channels including but not least to different job boards, social media platforms, educational bodies, professional networks, etc.
• Take care of full-cycle interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews and job offer
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events as required
• Conduct background check, verify new joiner documents and perform data entry work in a timely manner
• Monitor daily recruitment data and prepare reports as required
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Key Requirements and Expectations

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in similar capacity, with experience in health & beauty, medical or retailing and fast paced environment is preferred
• Familiar with proactive search such as LinkedIn, Talent Search, etc.
• Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and proficiency in MS office
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred and candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
