Job Description
Background
We are a global investment company with investment in a wide range of businesses including property investment and development, hospitality services, energy, aircraft leasing, healthcare businesses and technology. We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join our team.
Job Duties
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support;
- Handle daily correspondence, communications, and appointments;
- Handle Logistic arrangements;
- Make travel and diary arrangements;
- Maintain filing system and following file progress;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related disciplines
- 2-3 years of legal secretarial work experience preferably gained in law firms
- Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong document formatting skills
- Attention to detail, organised and self-motivated
- An exceptional team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 5-day work week
