Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and execute the comprehensive training programme and Workshop to frontline team or marketing acativities 
• Coordinate with Operation team and Marketing team to identify future training needs on product knowledge, brand story, retail operations and selling skills
• Conduct field coaching on Beauty Consultant (frontline staffs) to ensure the excellence in store experience
• Collect feedback, analyze productivity and other related data to measure training and coaching effectiveness
• Maximizing all opportunities to drive sales income from courses, products and customer experiences
• To ensure the effective communication with back office and frontline for day-to-day store operations including store promotion & customer services, etc;
• To handle all enquiries and ad-hoc requests from shops during retail business hours

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder
• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in training delivery or any equivalent combination of education, coaching and customer experiences
• Solid experience in both classroom training and field coaching, experience in hair care, skin care or fragrance field is a must
• High level of competence in presentation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, well organized & capable to work with multi-task
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
