Job Description
- Degree/High diploma holder in Building Studies/Construction Project Management;
- 5 years or above post-graduated experience for on-site supervision experience including at least 3 years of planning, coordinating, and reporting;
- Familiar with BD statutory submission procedures;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including AutoCAD, Project, etc.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and good communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and writing in English and Chinese
- Responsible for the coordination of design and site work
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers/architects for the development of method statement, technical schemes
- Coordinate and prepare a submission, reports, material selection, and ITP documents together with the respective project departments
- Plan the works to ensure they are computable with program requirements of domestic, nominated, designated, and interfacing contractors
- Coordinate and monitor design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of works are carried out per drawings and specifications and inspection
- Execute defect management and prepare handover documents for submission together with respective project departments
