Job Description
- Responsible daily Team operation activities;
- Liaise with internal departments to seek for possible solutions & follow up case studies;
- Handle commerce customer enquiries through phone calls & E-mail (Not Sales & Cold Calls role);
- General administration support in the team (such as : data input in system & filing);
- Any other customer care tasks assigned by Manager;
- Diploma / Associate degree level or above;
- 1 - 3 years relevant CS or follow up KEY A/C service working experience (Stable working background as request);
- Good concept in documents process & interest in CS industry;
- Good of spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
- Short Notice or Immediate is highly preferred;
