What will you do?

• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions based on payroll cycle;
• Handle payroll related matters such as regular payroll, final payment, leave and OT calculations, monthly reports and tax returns filing;
• To ensure payroll processing and payment is performed timely and accurately, also is in compliance with employment ordinance and legislative requirements;
• Handle Provident Fund administration including ORSO/MPF
• Assist in HR data analysis and reporting;
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS;
• Participate in ad hoc assignments and duties.

Do you have a right profile?

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to perform multi-tasks and work independently
• Immediate available will be an advantage
