Your Role

• Assist to manage the update of equipment virtual warehouse inventory
• Stock allocation and monitoring in virtual warehouse
• Equipment tender, purchase process
• Process the contractor work quotation, assignment, payment
• Update and review opex/ capex financial report in mobile app

To Succeed in the Role

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree holder in related disciplines
• 1-3 years’ experience in administrative support preferable, fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Strong attentiveness to details, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
