Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE 

Ensuring a first-class customer service is always provided by managing the hotline and follow up promptly for call escalation. 

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Co-ordinating the call centre operation, managing an outsourced call center vendor, reporting status and key incidents to Key Account Service Manager 
  • Manage data input, Call Centre Database and Hotline Systems 
  • Record and collect all information relating to repair/ enquiries/ customer work request and to achieve ‘First call resolution’ 
  • Collaborate with departments for call escalation, call record and report preparation 
  • Support Manager for potential customers follow up and sales activity to achieve section target 

 REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service, relations or related industry
  • Strong customer service orientation with good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • CRM system experience is plus
