Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • High level of English to provide admin support including co-ordination of schedules with 3 PAs of overseas Managing Directors
  • Organised and a good time manager with excellent computer skills to manage appointments of HK Managing Directors.
  • Good at multitasking, independently manage all aspects of travel arrangements, annual renewals for a team of 8-10 locally.
  • Previous experience both as a PA role and in small office administration maintaining appointments, supplies, PC.
  • Enjoys the challenge of working in a fast paced environment of top professionals

Job requirements:

  •  Degree or formal training as a Secretary
  •  Has used English as communication medium in past jobs or worked for native English speakers, Cantonese essential.
  •  Emotional maturity and a good communicator in the written and spoken medium.
  • Current salary range is 25 -27k.
  • Immediately Avaliable is an advantage.
