Job Description
Our client, Japanese Company, is now seeking for a high calibre individual to join their team as Administrative Assistant - Japanese Speaking ( 5 Days Work / TST )
Job Descriptions:
- Handle general office administration duties such as office maintenance, visa application support
- Provide administrative support to Manager
- Handle trip itinerary including flight and accommodation arrangement
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above in any discipline
- 1 years or above administrative support experience is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
- Detailed-minded, well-organized, self-motivated
