• Formulate overall recruitment plans based on actual situations and trends, and develop and organize specific recruitment activities for various shops and stores
• Responsible for end to end recruitment process including CV screening,coordinating interview and offer management,probationary appraisal and off-boarding activity for departing employees
• Provide strategic advice on how to revamp recruitment channels
• Manage the Graduate Trainee Program and Supervisor Trainee Program
• Coordinate and build good relationship with local universities for recruitment and branding campaigns
• Prepare for the budgeting report and salary proposal
• Conduct market research regularly to catch up the market trends
• Prepare recruitment relative reports and statistical analysis
• Handle ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline(s);
• Minimum 6 years solid HR experience, preferably with retail operations background;
• Well-versed in HR-related regulations and ordinances;
• A good team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and service oriented;
• With retail working experience is preferable;
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer.
