Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate company and event insurances and escort services

-Co-operate closely with cross departments & retail shops to ensure the smooth daily operation

-Manage the office administration system

-Provide all-rounded clerical and administrative support

-To assist the Manager in handling daily administrative duties

-To assist in other ad hoc tasks / projects / events whenever necessary

Job Requirement:

-Bachelor Degree holder

-Minimum 3 years clerical experience, preferably in insurance sector or Jewellery industry

-Experience in company and event insurances handling is definitely a plus

-Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English

-Initiative, detailed-minded and eager to learn

-Proficiency in MS Office especially Word and Excel

-High accuracy in work

-Immediate availability is preferred
