Job Description

Reporting to the PwC China Human Capital Strategy and Transformation (S&T) Senior Manager/Manaqer, the Strategy & Transformation Senior Associate/Associate is responsible for supporting the design, implementation and management of multiple workstreams related to People Organisation (PO) Strategy & People Priorities, Change Management, Culture & Engagement and Reimagine People Organisation (RPO). This is to ensure PO to work effectively and enable the business to deliver its business strategy and achieve its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Work closely with S&T Senior Manager/ Manager to:

  •        Conduct research for PwC methodology, external and network leading practice and market benchmark to support the design and development of workstreams’ vision and priorities to ensure synergies and alignment with the team and across CoE Clusters
  •        Analyse data/information to assess the current state/measure effectiveness of current programmes/initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
  •        Provide project management support including day-to-day management of project timelines, action plans, summarise key actions and notes after meetings and follow-up with project team members and stakeholders
  •        Provide change management and communication support including development of change impact assessment and change management plans, communication timelines, development of communications and training materials
  •        Collaborate with wide group of stakeholders (e.g. business, other HC teams) to ensure successful delivery
  •        Support the design and logistics of stakeholder interviews, focus groups and validation workshops of multiple workstreams, and further summarise the key findings
  •        Provide HR advisory services on smaller/less complex issues to the business leaders

Ways of working

  •        Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., business and HC leadership) to understand business requirements and objectives
  •        Support project leads to execute various project and initiatives to ensure deadlines and issues are well-managed
  •        Work independently and collaborate effectively with other project team members
  •        Work together with People Services and Service Delivery Center (SDC) to transition and manage operational activities

Requirements:

  •    Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  •    3+ years of experience in Human Capital and/or HR Consulting is an advantage
  •    Experience in HR transformation at the support level, include but not limited to: HR target operating model, role and capability design, capability reviews, culture and change management, learning and development and workforce transition planning
  •    Demonstrated attention to detail and equipped with effective research, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills
  •    Solid interpersonal and communication skills, able to build collaborative relationships with team members and communicate effectively in written and oral formats to people at all levels with diverse background/culture
  •    High level of initiative – self-starter, learning oriented with high level of adaptability, able to work agile and manage changes in requirements and priorities with strong client-focused mindset
  •    Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  •    Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
