Job Description
- Provide full support to all-rounded Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, employee engagement
- Take care of Office Administration
- Assist in the implementation and review of HRIS
- Compile HR reports including HR costs and statistical reports for management review
- Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in all rounded human resources & administrative functions
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related Labour Legislation is a must
- Independent, detail-minded, mature and pleasant with strong inter-personal skills
- With experience in HRIS and e-leave system is preferred
- Excellent in using Excel functions
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
- Immediate availability is highly appreciated
