We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our HR team as “Human Resources Assistant"

In this role, you will:

• Assist in recruitment and selection process including but not limited to checking staff requisition forms, arranging interviews, preparing employment contract and conducting reference check
• Facilitate recruitment programmes and events such as career talk and job fair 
• Compile regular HR related reports for management review
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS system, including leave and attendance etc.
• Assist in organizing company’s activities such as annual dinner, open day, celebration party etc.
• Work with HR team members regarding any projects / activities required

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Preferably with 1 year’s working experience in HR administration / recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other related legislations
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
