Our Client is one of the Fortune Global 500 Companies. They are now looking for Training Officer for their Convenience Retailing Business. This position will be under one year contract, subject to renewal.

Job Description

• Coach Retail shop operators to drive operations and service excellence at forecourt and convenient shops of our Retailing business
• Involve in the selection and competence assessment of key frontline personnel pivotal to operations excellence delivery
• Identify the training and development needs of key frontline personnel and address such needs through internal and external training
• Help cascade proven service excellence and selling techniques to Frontline staff
• Produce training materials suitable for the target audience and deliver the training as the case may fit
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to frontline personnel at Retail shop and feedback for improvement
• Manage the coordination and documentation for all the relevant training activities

Job Requirements

• Assocate Degree or above
• 2-4 years of work experience in service or Retail sector, preferably in Convenience Retailing; managerial or training role a plus
• Highly motivated, a "people" person, able to work in a team
• Able to work under a tight timeline and work with different profile of co-workers
• Strong spoken and written Chinese; fluent English a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience in managing online meeting tools a plus
