Responsibilities:

• Perform storage system, centralized backup software, IBM MQ, database system administration and technical support
• Perform system upgrade, software patching, capacity planning, performance tuning and security hardening
• Create shell scripts for daily operation task automation
• Provide 24x7 support for production incident
• Provide technical support to application team on system configuration and troubleshooting
• Prepare technical and system documentation

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technologies, Computer Science or industry related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in storage system administration position
• Experience in enterprise storage system, centralized backup software, IBM MQ and DB2 & MSSQL database support
• Familiar with ITIL process
