Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and understand project details, budget, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Brainstorm on creative and efficient print solutions for each project.
  • Partner with Design Managers on developing and maintaining vendor timelines and print production schedules.
  • Create detailed spec sheets with variable options for consideration.
  • Submit RFQs (request for quotes) to pre-approved print and fulfillment vendors for each project.
  • Receive, review, and approve printer proofs and give direction on edits.
  • Attend press checks to provide on-site direction and approval on final production.
  • Communicate with leadership and business stakeholders regarding any potential project risks and provide regular status updates.
  • Proactively identify the most economical solutions that meet or exceed brand standards in terms of quality and presentation.
  • Oversee the print production process, including print specifications, quantities, and final art files.
  • Hold vendors accountable to high-quality standards and service expectations.
  • Monitor budget, quality, and delivery of materials by print and fulfillment vendors.
  • Manage print production workflows, prioritize, and meet deadlines while responding to demands of multiple projects.
  • Assist with materials planning, capacity planning, monthly metrics, and overall business forecasting where applicable.
  •  Support the overall business goals by performing additional duties as assigned or requested.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in print production and project management or combination of education and experience, prior experience coordinating, negotiating, and managing deliverables of third-party vendors.
  • A good team player who is flexible and can work well with others to achieve common goals.
  • Good communication skills as the candidate will have some interaction with a range of internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels (verbal and written) in English and Chinese, good interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
  • Good in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
