Responsibilities:

• Act as HRBP and perform a full cycle recruitment process including but not limited to job ads posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing contracts and on-boarding process
• Work closing with business units and managers to identify the hiring needs
• Identify the right sourcing channels, handle selection and assessment independently
• Assist in different recruitment programs such as Career Fair and Internship Scheme
• Young and energetic culture, diversity working pattern
• Ensure all HR information systems are updated and accurate
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 2 - 3 years' relevant experience in Human Resources, with hands-on recruitment/ HRBP is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in the C&B aspect
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to be a good team player and good problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Putonghua
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR Officer
• Immediate available / short notice period is preferred
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (Shuttle Bus Services provide at TKO MTR Station)
