Job Description:

• Handle day to day operational activities including accounting and banking matters
• Prepare invoices and registers for the Company and clients
• Co-ordinate with external auditors and third party professionals
• Complete Tax Returns and liaise with the Inland Revenue Department
• Assist on ad-hoc financial and administrative projects as required by the Manager
• Handle full set of accounts independently including management accounts and financial schedules for the clients from a variety of different industries in Hong Kong and other countries

Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word processing
• Good team player and capable to produce quality work efficiently and effectively
• Knowledge of MYOB/Quickbooks/Peachtree accounting software is preferred
• 0 to 2 year(s) relevant working experience
