Job Purpose:
Assist to manage the C&B team to deliver professional HR service especially in compensation & benefits area on group and local level to enable ATAL to meet its business goals and fulfil legal compliance.

Job Duties:

• Supervise the daily C&B operations including but not limited to payroll computation, MPF, staff cost allocation, medical, insurance and benefit administration for HK, China and Macau
• Participate in annual C&B related processes including salary review, discretionary incentive bonus scheme, tax reporting, salary survey and salary benchmarking
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support HRIS development projects
• Prepare C&B analysis reports periodically
• Support C&B Manager in account servicing for senior executives and Human Resources
• Coordinate annual tax filing
• Review and develop payroll related work process and procedures
• Assist in annual medical and insurance renewal
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related discipline
• 8 years or above working experience in Human Resources with hands on experience in C&B
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
• Good command of both written & spoken in English and Chinese
• Well-organized, detail-minded with strong analytical skill and numerical sense
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
