Your role

• Managing HR end-to-end processes to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment
• Developing and implementing effective manpower planning, recruitment and retention, performance management, succession planning, staff retention and relations strategies
• Advising and assisting line managers on people management issues to support business operations and cultivate cooperative environment
• Responsible for recruitment process from interview to on-boarding to ensure sufficient workforce to support the business
• Coaching and guiding team members to deliver HR services and solutions to meet the business growth
• Coordinating with HR partners to implement corporate policies and initiatives at business unit level
• Participating into designated HR projects and task forces as assigned

  To succeed in this role

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years relevant HR supervisory experience gained in sizeable organizations
• Experience in hiring, developing and managing large workforce
• Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking, negotiation and influencing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
