Responsibilities :

• Handle full spectrum of administrative services including equipment maintenance and repair coordination, office supplies procurement, vendor management in a professional manner;
• Responsible for reception duties such as answering phone call, greeting guest, handling courier and customer enquiries
• Coordinate with brand shops and internal departments for all administrative duties
• Assist in Recruitment including interview, on-boarding and off-boarding arrangement;
• Provide regular reports to the Management;
• Managing staff attendance and leave record
• Handle ad hoc assignments from superior

Requirements :

• Diploma holder in Secretary or Administration disciplines;
• 1-2 years relevant HR & Admin. experience
• Knowledge in POS system is preferable;
• Organized and detail minded, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules;
• Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to deliver quality results;
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills;
• PC knowledge in Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for Human Resources & Administration Officer
• Immediate or short notice is an advantage
