•    Support a Hong Kong-Shenzhen cross-boundary expert panel in specific topics in conducting research and devising recommendations  

Job description
Responsibilities:

•    Provide full range support to expert panel members in policy research, taking forward the findings and participation in expert panel events and activities
•    Support members to develop research plan, arrange meetings, prepare meeting notes, organize research materials and develop recommendations and presentations
•    Conduct preliminary research on specific research topics and procure third party services as required
•    Liaise with internal teams and external parties 
•    Support the expert panel secretariat to organize events and activities of the panel; 
•    Perform other duties assigned by the Management team.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor degree in social science or science and technology disciplines. Candidate with a postgraduate degree will be an advantage
•    Minimum 5 /10 years of relevant experience in policy research for Manager / Senior Manager with prominent commercial organizations or policy research organizations
•    Experience in dealing with Mainland government, academic and business organizations, and sound understanding of Mainland protocols 
•    Strong project management experience, multitasking skills, a good team player
•    Sound understanding of I&T ecosystem, industry and global technology trends, local and Mainland government policies and regulations, and economic development in the Greater Bay Area 
•    Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
•    Passionate, self-initiative, mature with excellent interpersonal & communications skills.
