• Provide secretarial support to senior executive;
• Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents;
• Assist in project management activities of assigned projects including scheduling, reporting and coordination with different departments;
• Liaise with stakeholders to handle enquiries;
• Provide clerical and administrative support for the team;
• Handle sales order and prepare revenue report.

• Bachelor degree holder;
• 2 years or above experience in administration, secretary, project management or sales administration;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;
• Demonstrate detailed mindset, problem-solving skills, and affinity;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;
• Practical experience in working with Sales & Marketing colleagues is preferred.
