About the Position:

Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Advancement, the Admissions Assistant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer services to prospective families and supporting the school's annual student recruitment exercise, with responsibilities listed below. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Assist in enrollment and re-enrollment process
• Maintain and update student information on SIS and UE
• Manage marketing and school promotional materials
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Carry out any other job duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions and Advancement

 Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Knowledge of international school industry in Hong Kong is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Competent in computer literacy (PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and mail merge)
• Ability to initiate a positive relationship with prospective families
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Good team player
• Fresh graduates are welcome
