Job Description

We are looking for a talent to:

  • Develop & incorporate direct sales efforts to build and maintain client base
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with customers and understanding their needs by frequent contacts
  • Handles booking enquires including preparation of proposal and sales letter or license agreement, and ensuring timely confirmation and payment
  • Answer guest enquiries regarding general sales issues
  • Prepare monthly reports and any other ad hoc hotel reporting
  • Support different initiatives roll out to hotels
  • Assist the Sales Team in sales administration
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Basic requirements:

  • Diploma Holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years hospitality experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
  • Ability to learn multiple online systems as required
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking is a plus
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and enthusiastic
